From I-75:

Traveling north or south on Interstate 75, take exit 170 to Kings Highway. Travel west to Olean Boulevard and turn left. Continue approximately 2/10 of a mile to Loveland Boulevard and turn right. Park Place Estates is located 3/10 of a mile on the left.  Look for our on-site signs!

From US 41:

Traveling north or south on US 41, turn onto Kings Highway heading north. Continue for 2 miles to Olean Boulevard and turn right. Continue approximately 2/10 of a mile to Loveland Boulevard. Turn right. Park Place Estates is located 3/10 of a mile on the left.  Look for our on-site signs!
