Who is the developer?

The developer is Park Place Estates, an affiliate of the Park Place Retirement Community group that has provided quality accommodations and services to 55+ residents for over 40 years.
Are Villas available now?

How is this different from other communities?

Our plan is specifically for 55+ active adults. It is a condominium development of attractive and stylish one-story villas designed to meet the needs of your lifetime.
Is Park Place Estates age and deed restricted?

Yes, it is restricted to 55+ years. Deed restrictions prohibit boats, RVs and extra vehicles from being stored within the community.
Will I own my villa and have a deed?
Yes, you will own your villa and receive a deed.
Is there a Homeowners’ Association?

Yes. The association is made up of each homeowner and governed by a Board of Directors elected by the community’s homeowners.
What will the association fees be?
The current phases have its own HOA budget.  Specifics are available through the sales representative.
What is included in the association fees?


Association fees include building insurance, pest control, exterior painting, roof and gutter maintenance and replacement and commercial liability , landscaping, lawn service, maintenance of the clubhouse and pool..

3200 Loveland Blvd. (one block east of Kings Hwy.), between Westchester and Olean Blvd., within 3 miles of two hospitals. Grocery stores, golf courses, shopping centers, and restaurants are conveniently close.
Are pets allowed at Park Place Estates?

Yes. Pets weighing 60 pounds or less are welcome. There is a limit of two pets per household.
Is this a gated and secure community?

Yes. Park Place Estates has automated electronic entry gates and has a substantial portion of the privacy wall installed. The balance of the privacy wall is expected to be finished upon completion of the project.
Is there a swimming pool? Can I build one?

There is a heated community swimming pool and spa next to the clubhouse. No individual pools will be allowed.
Is there a model villa I can visit?

Yes!  The Model / Spec home is currently under construction at Park Place Estates.
In addition to the building and lot, what else is included in the sales price?

The sales price includes the following quality appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven/range.
