Yes. Pets weighing 60 pounds or less are welcome. There is a limit of two pets per household. |

Yes. Park Place Estates has automated electronic entry gates and has a substantial portion of the privacy wall installed. The balance of the privacy wall will be finished upon completion of the project. |

There is a heated community swimming pool and spa next to the
clubhouse. No individual pools will be allowed. |
